Project Focus - Ashgrove Court, Aberdeen DSCN2197

Ashgrove Court was built in 1961 as the first multi-storey public housing development in Aberdeen. Built for Aberdeen City Council, this 10 storey building it is now a retirement and sheltered housing scheme.

During 2014 the external elevations of the building were given a facelift, using Keim Universal Render and Keim Soldalit.........

Meet the Team - Kelvin Tanner, Production Manager kelvin_rotated

Kelvin Tanner is the Production Manager at Keim Mineral Paints. Kelvin joined Keim in 2004 as a production assistant and worked his way up to Production Manager, a role which he has been doing for the last 7 years.

Before joining Keim, Kelvin has a varied background including a stint as a taxi driver, working in car parts manufacturing and as a shift manager for Nestle ice cream ? a lot more tempting to ?taste test? than paint we?d assume!.......

Project Focus - Long Barn, Norfolk longbarn2

The project was a high spec Barn conversion with the emphasis on low carbon footprint and renewables. PV solar panels and a heat recovery unit were installed along with underfloor heating and triple glazing. The customer wanted a breathable paint that would be able to go over a mixture of substrates including lime, brickwork, plaster and standard render.....
