Project Focus - Albrighton Station Masters House – Platform Ale

The Station Masters house in Albrighton is a Grade II Listed building directly on the station platform in Albrighton, Shropshire. The building has been used for many things in its history, but has been empty for the last 7 years after it closed as a Thai restaurant. It has now been brought back to life, by two local families, who have joined together to refurbish the building and open it as a ‘micro pub’........

Taking a ‘baby’ break! nursery_1

As some of you may already know I, Hannah, am going to be away from Keim until next year as I am going to be going on maternity leave to have a baby. Whilst I am delighted to be having my first child, I will miss all of my colleagues, customers and friends at Keim. As the author of this newsletter, this does also mean that we will be taking a break until I return next year.....

The porch to this 17th century cottage was a much later addition to the original building, but the owners were keen to have the decorative effect tie it into the original structure.

Keim Mineral Paints are always looking to support new events which allow us to showcase our materials and design solutions to a new audience. Café Concrete was held in May as a ‘pop up’ event designed to provide inspiration and information on the design and construction of visual concrete. Held at the Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre (design by Haworth Tompkins), it was organised by the Concrete Centre and Senior Architect, Elaine Toogood.....
